Although it might seem like the opposite of clean, charcoal is actually one of the best ways to beat the feat of acne. Today’s article will show you the benefits of this particular mineral & help you find the right treatment for your skin!
Why charcoal? Charcoal (when acivated) acts almost like a magnet by pulling bacteria, chemicals, dirt, & other micro particles out of your pores. Because it has high adsorption powers, charcoal can draw other elements into itself. The good thing is that you only need a little to do the job. This beauty remedy dates all the way back to the Ancient Egyptians, when they used it to keep wounds clean.
Put a Mask:
A ten minute mask can be a quick fix. Lather it on and sit back while you wait for it to do its magic!
Scrub-a Dub Dub:
Exfoliating your skin 1-2 times a week is the perfect way to polish your skin. It’ll rub off any dead, dry skin and let your face breathe and prosper.
This traditional method for cleaning is more effective and stronger. This is because bars of soap are typically making direct contact with your skin, allowing it to lather better. My only suggestion is that if you have sensitive skin try something else because bars of soap will dry your skin out very easily.
Whip it Up:
A whipped mask is a lot softer and won’t be as harsh on your skin. This light remedy is better for mild acne because it will treat your face but won’t dehydrate your pores.
