Eye Candy

My three favorite designer brands have released their couture palettes for this Fall; Chanel, Christian Dior, & Yves Saint Laurent. With the cooler season sneaking up on us (don’t leave me Summer!), it’s time to get in the swing of things on the topic of trends this Autumn. As the days get shorter and your sleeves get longer, it’s important to also know the in makeup and beauty product tips as well- so here’s the scoop on having the most lavish eyelids.

1. Chanel’ s couture palettes this Fall is inspired by one word; Tweed. Before Chanel was as huge as it is today, Gabrielle Chanel would make her own tweed fabric, which took place in the 1920’s. Fast forward to 2014, and Chanel is recreating those classic masterpieces in one small palette of four simple colours.

2. Christian Dior has mastered their well-known 5 colour palette. Every colour is picked so that they work in a perfect harmony with each other, thus making it a must for your vanity this fall. Every different colour has a different effect- from matte to shiny, Dior deserves five stars for this season’s eye shadow.

3. Rich, earthy, intense- those are just a few of the words used to describe the 5 colour couture eye shadow palette by Yves Saint Laurent this season. With an array of gorgeous and stunning neutrals, this cosmetic has gotten outstanding reviews from consumers like you. Swipe on just a few of the shades, or all! This eyeshadow is long-lasting for a busy and fabulous day.
